Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. The Baku Appeal Court on Thursday held the hearing over the appeal filed by the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP) and its chairman Ali Kerimli over the non-recognition of the results of the APFP assembly.
The court dismissed the complaint, APA reported.
It should be noted that the APFP held an assembly on September 27, 2015. After the open voting, Ali Karimli was elected chairman of the party. Despite the fact that the documents had been submitted to the Ministry of Justice for state registration of the assembly results, the Ministry recommended appealing to court. The Baku Administrative-Economic Court No.1 dismissed the claim. Then the APFP and Ali Karimli filed an appeal against the verdict.
