Baku – APA. A group of MPs led by Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on International and Interparliamentary Relations, Head of Azerbaijan's delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov will be on a visit to Strasbourg on April 17-23 to attend the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
The parliament told APA that the delegation includes members of parliament's permanent delegation to PACE Rafael Huseynov, Rovshan Rzayev, Elkhan Suleymanov, Sevinj Fataliyeva, Ganira Pashayeva, Sahibe Gafarova, Fazil Mustafa, Elshan Musayev, Sabir Hajiyev, Vusal Huseynov and Muslum Mammadov.
During the session, reports on the activity of the Bureau and Standing Committee will be read out. Fight against anti-Semitism, the Syrian refugee crisis, migrant and refugee rights - the situation in the Western Balkans, outcomes of the EU Commissioner for Human Rights for 2015 and other issue will be discussed. Rapporteur of the PACE Committee on Social Affairs Sevinj Fataliyeva’s report on “Radicalization of children and elimination of its causes” will be heard and discussed.
The recent incidents on the Azerbaijani-Armenian frontline are expected to be discussed in the session.
