Baku. Mubariz Aslanov - APA. Azerbaijanis have held a mass protest outside the Armenian Embassy in the Netherlands over recent military provocations of the Armenian army on the contact line of troops.
The State Committee for Work with Diaspora told APA that the action took place with the organizational support of the Turkish Cultural Center in the Netherlands, the Benelux Azerbaijanis Congress and the "Ana Vatan" union.
Participants expressed support for the soldiers who fought heroically, and demanded the immediate withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from all occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Embassy officials refused to accept the statement of the protesters. But diaspora activists, although with difficulty, managed to throw the letter into the mail box of the embassy. At the end of the action the protesters laid a black wreath in front of the Armenian Embassy.
