Baku. Etibar Mammadov – APA. The Heydar Aliyev Heritage Center hosted Jan.22 the presentation of the book entitled “Armenians in the South Caucasus”.

Addressing the event organized by 1905.az website, the author of the book Agil Shahmuradov said the book was translated into three languages to attract the attention of the international community.

According to him, the plot focuses on the exposure of Armenian lies.

“Nowadays, Armenians are active either in science and politics, or culture and we need to operatively respond to their lies. Our main goal is to expose Armenian lies. It is important to bring the truth to the world community. The book is very important from this point of view,” Shahmuradov said.

Head of the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA), MP Elkhan Suleymanov said that over 23 years have passed since Armenian armed forces occupied Azerbaijani territories, underlining the importance of the book in terms of exposing Armenian lies.

Suleymanov urged Azerbaijan’s embassies abroad to be more active in telling the truth about the essence of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
