Law-enforcement agencies told APA that urgent investigative-operational measures revealed that the murder was committed by the deceased's daughter Gunel Huseynova.
The investigation revealed that Huseynova didn’t commit the murder alone. Her some relatives were involved in the murder. They were also detained.
On January 5, the body of brutally murdered Maryam Namidzade, born in 1960, was found in her apartment in Nasimi district.
Namidzade’s daughter Gunel Huseynova said in the statement that her $30,000 worth of gold were stolen from the apartment.
Maryam Namidzade was the owner of famous “Jewellery” store in Baku.
