They have blocked the entries to the village with pieces of stones, preventing any outsiders as well as journalists from entering, an APA correspondent to Nardaran reports.
Radical villagers have caused damage to an ATV car attempting to drive to the village center and beaten an ATV employee. The group, armed with pieces of fixture, lom, and baton, have gathered around the square.
An RFE/RL employee, Turkhan Qarishqa, said in a post on Facebook.
“Protestors are preparing Molotov cocktails, filling bottles with oil. They have block the entries to the village with pieces of stone and iron. They are preparing for big protest. Police are nowhere around”.
The radical group is urging the residents to join them.
Note that, a group of radical villagers have today showed resistance against police, killing two police officers.
