Baku – APA. Honored artist of Azerbaijan, Golden Dervish and Humay prize laureate Ismayil Mammadov will open an individual exhibition in New York.
The exhibition titled “Bridge from Baku to New York” will open in the House of Azerbaijan in New York on Nov.24.
Paintings of the Azerbaijani artist living in the U.S. for years play a role of “bridge of friendship” between Baku and New York. The artist transferred his watercolor, pastel, acrylic paintings onto canvas during last 5 months in New York.
The exhibition is organized and supported by Azerbaijan’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations and the House of Azerbaijan in New York.
