He said the CIS IPA observation mission is fully formed for now.
“The list in total will include up to 30 deputies and experts. The number may be above and below 30. The list will be known at the end of this month,” said Baranov.
Andrey Baranov said the CIS mission will arrive in Azerbaijan two or three days before the elections.
Note that, the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly’s observation mission to the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan will be led by Leonid Slutsky, an MP of the State Duma’s Liberal Democratic Party and the chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots.
