Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. “The trade turnover between Azerbaijan Turkey declined this year. This was mainly caused by oil price decline of oil and oil products”, chairman of State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev said after the meeting with Turkish the Minister of Customs and Trade Cenap AÅŸçı.
“Turkey is one of main partners of Azerbaijan. Therefore, we hope the trade turnover between two countries will increase in the future”, SCC chairman said.
Aliyev noted that proposals on exemption of some products from customs duties were made at the meeting with Turkish minister: “These documents are currently being considered. Those products will be named after reference of relevant bodies”.
