According to him, after application of these rules, payers of social insurance due will receive high pension and be interested in full registration of their wages: “One more reform in this regard is related to requirement of minimum social insurance record. Current legislation provides minimum social insurance record for labour pension regardless of how much the citizens pay social insurance due. Within the reforms, persons paying high insurance due are planned to be exempted from requirement of length of service for pension”.
