Bank told APA-Economics that director of Troubled Loans Department Shakir Ilham Karimov was dismissed.

Habil Javadov was born in 28.01.1985 in Baku city. He graduated from Baku State University Law School in 1997. He worked as a leading Court and Arbitary specialist at ''Yus Servis'' Law firm between 1997 and 1998. He was a lawyer in ''SAADCO" and "FIDCO'' companies for 5 years (1998-2003). From 2003 to 2012 he was promoted from the lawyer of IBAR Nasimi branch to the chief counsel of Judicial division of IBAR Legal Department. From June 2012, he works at Bank Technique OJSC and at the present time holds the position of Director of the Legal and Relations with authorities Department. He is married and has 2 children.
