Baku - APA-Economics. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on making amendments in Azerbaijani President’s order #383 on “Establishment of Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company” dated July 20, 2009 and additional measures for improvement of activity of the Joint-Stock Company, APA reports.
According to the order, the words “under the Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan Republic” have been withdrawn from the first chapter, the second and the third chapters have been edited as follows:
“Following state bodies are given official authority to exercise powers of general meeting of Azerbaijan Railway CJSC (hereinafter - CJSC):
The Cabinet of Ministers is to confirm CJSC’s statue and structure, set authorized capital, determine development directions, confirm annual reports, accounting balance-sheet, loss and profit calculations, distribution of profit and loss, pass a decision to close a deal with over 25% of value of CJSC’s net assets and a deal with over 5% of value of the CJSC’s assets with the relevant person.
