The Organizing Committee will be headed by President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, member of the Executive Committee of Azerbaijan’s National Olympic Committee, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports, in collaboration with the Baku City Mayor’s Office and Azerbaijan’s National Olympic Committee, is due to prepare a special action plan for the holding of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games and present it to the Organizing Committee, which in turn is due to solve necessary issues of the holding of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku in 2017.
