Primary timetable and guidelines of Baku-Khirdalan-Sumgayit high speed train publicized

During a press-tour in the Baku-Khirdalan-Sumgayit direction, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC’s Department of Information Technologies and Communication, Samir Ganili, said that citizens will use the train free of charge for three days, according to APA-Economics.
The fare will be determined after the decision of the Tariff Council.
Ganili also said that it will be possible to buy a ticket both from the box office and the terminal, and in future tickets will be obtained with a credit card too. Furthermore, Baku cards will also be used for coming months.
During the first three days when there will be no fare, the train will go to Sumgayit twice a day – at 8:00AM and 8:00PM, and from Sumgayit to Baku at 9:30AM and 9:30PM.
According to the timetable, passenger trains will begin to move in both from both directions beginning at 6:00AM, and will get to Sumgayit in 40 minutes and come back to Baku in the same duration. From 6:00AM to 12:00AM, the trains will leave in 30 minute-intervals, both from Baku and Sumgayit. From 12:00AM to 4:00PM, these intervals will be 60 minutes. And from 4:00PM to 24:00 the trains will again leave in 30 minute-intervals.
