AtaBank Supervisory Board’s member dies

Baku - APA-Economics. Member of AtaBank’s Supervisory Board Rovshen Shamsi Hasanov has died, bank told APA-Economics.

R. Hasanov graduated from the faculty "Economics & Planning of National Economy" of Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade. He started his career in 1987 as an accountant of Commercial-Construction Bank and he was working at the different positions in the commerce banks of the republic within 1987-1989.

He was working as a Chief Economist in the financial division of the Construction complex under the Ministry of Finance within 1989-1991 and thereinafter as a 2nd degree economist of the transport and communications financing division. He was working in the private sector within 1991-2000.

He was the Chief Economist of Strategy and Forecasting Department in the Joint Stock Universal Bank and thereinafter the head of treasury division in the operations department within 2002-2004. He was working as a head of cash turnover division in the department of operations with available funds in "KapitalBank" OJSC within 2004-2007.

He is the member of the Supervisory Board of "AtaBank" OJSC since 2007.
