General Emin Shekinski’s brother-in-law put on Interpol’s wanted list

According to the information, 37-year-old Farid Yusub is accused of theft, falsification of official documents, and illegal crossing of Azerbaijan’s state borders, APA reported.
Because Farid Yusub is not in the country, a court has issued an arrest warrant against him and declared him internationally wanted. Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies have appealed to Interpol in order to find and detain him. Efforts to detain him are ongoing.
Note that, Farid Yusub is the brother-in-law of the Interior Ministry’s Crime Investigation Department chief Emin Shekinski.
On August 18, the Baku Court on Grave Crimes finalized the hearing on the case of those are accused of assisting Gulnare Shekinskaya and her children to illegally cross the border, manufacturing fake documents, and other crimes. A group of persons, including Farid Yusub, are accused of taking away the family of Emin Shekinski. Those persons have helped Gulnare Shekinskaya as well as her children – Hamida, Maryam, Nadiya, and Javahir – illegally cross the state border. For this purpose, Gulnare Shekinskaya has stolen AZN 60,000 from her ex-husband Emin Shekinski’s safe in his house.
The convicts – Gulnare Shekinskaya and her brother Farid Yusub – have been declared internationally wanted as they are hiding from investigation.
