Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. The process of delivering savings to the depositors of “Azerbaijan Credit Bank” JSC whose license was revoked by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has been launched.
Director of “Azerbaijan International Consulting Company” LLC, the bank’s liquidator, told APA that a large part of savings were returned to the depositors: “At present, necessary measures are being taken in accordance with legislation. There is no problem neither with the depositors nor the creditors. The bank’s being in the process of liquidation cannot cause to any concern. No depositor remains dissatisfied with us. A large part of savings has been already returned to the depositors. Some depositors remained unpaid. This is due to the failure in depositors’ appealing in this regard.”
N. Yusifoglu added that any person claiming against the bank, may apply within 90 days from the official press announcement of compulsory liquidation of "Azerbaijan Credit Bank" JSC, and appointment of “Azerbaijan International Consulting Company” LLC as a the bank’s liquidator.
Director of the liquidator company stressed that all depositors of the Azerbaijan Credit Bank will get their money.
