Baku - APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a park-boulevard named after Heydar Aliyev on the bank of Goytepe River in the centre of Jalilabad’s Goytepe city.
APA reports that a bronze monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev was erected in the boulevard.
In order to expand and renovate the area, a 5-apartment residential building with accidental damage, the administrative building of Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar constituency â„–69 and the building of Goytepe municipality were destroyed and are being constructed in another area under a new project being paid compensation. Goytepe city hospital, which is also in a bad condition, is transferred to another area.
The head of state laid flowers at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday visited a grain farm of Avanqard LLC in Jalilabad district.
The president was informed about large farms as well as the soft loans given for the Lenkeran economic region, which includes Jalilabad, APA reported.
The president was told that 2,528 owners from the Lenkeran economic region were given AZN 102.6 million soft loans, at the expense of which more than 11,000 new workplaces were opened. At the same time, 2,250 owners were given up to AZN 19 million small-amount soft loans, at the cost of which 4,580 new workplaces were opened. In Jalilabad district, more than 530 owners were given AZN 21.7 million soft loans, at the expense of which more than 2,900 new workplaces were opened.
Later on, the president visited large farms created by Avanqard LLC which became the winner of a competition on 1,300ha land field in the base of the former state agriculture enterprise.
The head of state gave instruction for efficient of use of the conditions created there.

Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday attended the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center as part of his visit to Jalilabad district.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center, APA reported.
The president was told that the center puts on display books, photographs, honorary diplomas and other documents about Heydar Aliyev’s life and activities. The center also has an exhibition hall as large as 110 square meters, a makeup hall, large (700 seat) and small conference rooms, an amphitheatre, psychological consultation for newly married couples, mother and baby, national dance, central administration rooms, and changing rooms.
Also at the center, there will be a logical thinking course, the Club of the Cheerful and Witty, a computer course – virtual class, foreign language courses, an art studio – sculpture, gymnastics and aerobics rooms, a 3D cinema in modern format, a photo studio, a wedding hall, a youth club, conventional and electronic libraries, carpet and sewing rooms, an internet café.
The president then met with district residents resting there. Residents thanked the head of state for the care and attention provided to them.

Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has paid a visit to Jalilabad district.
The head of state paid a visit to the memorial of Heydar Aliyev in downtown Jalilabad, laying a wreath at the monument, APA reported.
Head of the Jalilabad district executive authority Aziz Azizov informed the Azerbaijani president about the park—where the statue is raised—named after Heydar Aliyev.
The president was told that the park, covering a total area of 7,500 square meters, have all necessary conditions for residents and guests to have a quality rest. There are two fountains, modern light poles, and benches in the park. Extensive landscaping work has been done.
