Korean athletes won two medals in pistol shooting within World Cup competitions held in Gabala

APA's local bureau reports that on Aug.11, finals of competitions of men’s pistol shooting at 50m distance were held. Korean and Chinese athletes won their opponents. Two Korean athletes won medals. Mai Jiajey (China) won gold medal scoring 194.7 points, Park Daohen (Korea) won dilver medal scoring 191.4 points and Kime ChengYong (Korea) won bronze medal scoring 169.9 points.
10 athletes won licenses to 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro so far.
Organized by the Gabala Shooting Club and Azerbaijan Shooting Federation in partnership with the National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the event brings together nearly 2000 athletes from 100 countries. Athletes are competing in 7 shooting sports for 34 licenses to the Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. 27 athletes represent our country in the competitions.
