Huseyn Javidâ€™s "Sheikh Sanan" to be staged for the first time in Georgian

Academic National Drama Theatre told APA that a joint project is being developed in cooperation with the K. Marjanishvili State Academic Drama Theatre of Georgia.

"Sheikh Sanan" tragedy will be staged in Azerbaijani and Georgian at both theatres.

As part of the project, the play will be performed first in Baku, then in Tbilisi.

According to the information given by the theatre that, in the first part of tragedy the events take place in Baku, while in the second part in Tbilisi. Therefore, the first part will be staged in Azerbaijani, the second part in the Georgian language.
