APA's Lankaran bureau reports that the body was found by local residents in the morning.
Local law enforcement officials were immediately involved in the scene.
After the investigation, it was determined the body belongs to 65-year-old Baku resident Asef Zaman Goyushov, who lived in the village for about 10 years.
The body was sent to Lankaran district department of the Health Ministry's Forensic-Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy Union for internal and external examination.
Lankaran district prosecutor's office is investigating the fact.
