Armenian armed units fire on Azerbaijani positions from mortars and large-caliber machine guns

Baku – APA. Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 120 times in various directions along the frontline from 60mm- and 82mm-caliber mortars and machine guns within a day, said Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, APA reports.

Armenian armed units fired on the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Gizilhajili and Ferehli villages of Gazakh district from the positions in Berkaber village of Armenia’s Ijevan district, Shavarshavan village of Noyemberyan district, positions in Kokhanebi village of Tovuz district from the positions in Chinari village of Berd district, positions in nameless uplands of Gedebey district from the positions in nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

The Azerbaijani positions were also fired from the positions near Talish, Tapgaragoyunlu, Gulustan villages of Goranboy, Goyarkh and Chayli villages of Terter, Yusifjanli, Shikhlar, Shuraabad, Javahirli, Sarijali, Novruzlu, Garagashli and Bash Gervend villages of Aghdam, Kuropatkino village of Khojavand, Horadiz, Garakhanbeyli, Ashagi Seyidahmedli and Ashagi Abdulrahmanli villages of Fuzuli, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district and nameless uplands of Goygol, Goranboy, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.

The enemy was silenced by retaliatory fire.
