Baku city resident Hijran Alekber qizi Qarabeyli (1957) lost control of the Prado (state license plate 90-UF-696) she was driving and struck two bikers moving on the same road.
The driver and the Polish citizens Eyva Petrovski (1976) and Pyotr Muravski (1964) were hospitalized in Sheki District Central Hospital with injuries of varying severity.
The hospital told APA that driver Garabeyli was released for ambulatory treatment as she had slight injuries. Petrovski was diagnosed with a fracture in the thoracic vertebra and was admitted to the intensive care ward in the hospital, while Muravski was admitted to the surgery department with a diagnosis of a fracture in the right wrist.
The investigation and inquiry department of the Internal Ministry’s Main State Traffic Police Office is investigating the fact.
