APA reports that Chingiz Abdullayev became the new president of the Fund. Previous president was Ismail Safi (Turkey).

The International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea is an international non-governmental non-profit organization, established on March 4, 2009 by the initiative of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Romanian President Traian Basescu.

Distinguished intellectuals, scientific and public figures, diplomats, representatives of influential non-governmental organizations from Azerbaijan, Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Romania, São Tomé and Príncipe, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro, Switzerland and South Africa are members of the Board of Directors of this organization.
