Baku – APA. President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and the National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on emergency management.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Baku on April 2, 2015.
Under the decree, the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be ensured, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall send a notice to the UAE on the implementation of necessary domestic procedures for the entry of the Memorandum of Understanding into force.
