Abutalibov informed the residents about the work carried out, noting that they would soon be provided with the compensations.
The mayor noted that under the order of the Azerbaijani president, the fire-hit building will be reconstructed completely.
“We would do our utmost to alleviate your sorrow. However, we know that the victims of the fire will never be forgotten,” he added.
He said that in Baku there are 140 buildings with flammable facing materials.
“All of these flammable materials covering those buildings will be dismantled,” Abutalibov stressed.
