Baku – APA. Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 36 times in various directions along the frontline within a day, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on April 18.
Armenian armed units, located in Dovekh village of Noyemberyan district, fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces, located in Kemerli village of Gazakh district.
Armenians also fired the Azerbaijani positions located in Aghbulag village of Tovuz district from the positions located in Chinari village of Berd district.
Moreover, Azerbaijani positions underwent fire from the positions located near Tapgaragoyunlu village of Goranboy district, Chilaburt, Goyarkh, Chayli villages of Terter district, Shuraabad, Javahirli, Sarijali, Shikhlar, Yusifjanli, Merzili villages of Aghdam district, Kuropatkino village of Khojavand district, Horadiz, Ashaghi Seyidahmadli, Ashaghi Abdurrahmanli villages of Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district, as well as nameless uplands of Goranboy, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.
The opposing side was silenced by retaliatory fire.
