Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index decreased 0.58% to 18,096.90, S&P 500 slipped 0.12% to 2,107.76 points, while the NASDAQ shed 0.26% to 4,967.14 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up 0.44% to 6,919.24 points, French CAC-40 grew 0.99% to 4,917.35, Germany’s DAX surged 0.73% to 11,130.92.

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index soared 0.17% to 18,734.84 points, Hang Seng increased 0.02% to 24,836.76, Shanghai dropped 1.00% to 3,246.68.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price climbed $3.20 to $1,2040.10 an ounce, and silver price soared $3.20 to $16.27.
