Baku. Javid Zeynalli-APA. A jubilee concert, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Russian Federation, people’s artist, singer-composer Polad Bulbuloghlu was held in Baku.

The concert was attended by state and government officials, ambassadors, and cultural figures, APA reports.

Polad Bulbuloghlu performed his popular song "Azerbaijan" and noted that Haydar Aliyev Palace is precious place for him.

“I have performed a number of concerts at this palace in my youth. Then, when I was a minister I attended jubilee ceremonies on this stage. The 70th jubilee is also significant because President Ilham Aliyev granted me “Sharaf” (Honor) order. My very close friends attend this concert. They have found time to attend jubilee ceremony with me on this precious day, although they are busy.

Representative of Russian Federation Mikhail Shvitkoy, “Turksoy” General Secretary Dusen Kaseinov, peoples’s writer Anar had congratulatory speeches at the ceremony.

People’s artists of the USSR Joseph Kobzon, Nani Bregvadze. Jubarek Murodov, people’s artists of Russian Federation Lev Leshsenko, Larisa Dolina, Zaur Tutov, people’s artist of Georgia Vakhtang Kikabidze, autstanding cultural and public figures Mikhail Shvidkoy, Yuli Gusman, Mikhail Gusman and others attended the jubilee ceremony.
