Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloghlu – APA. “I have many friends in Baku and Azerbaijan has proficient authorities. Azerbaijan is lucky that it has intelligent and initiative authorities,” well-known scientist Lutfi Zadeh said in a video message to the participants of the first congress of Azerbaijani scientists, APA reports.
Lutfi Zadeh said instability surrounding Azerbaijan didn’t affect it: “Azerbaijan has far-sighted authorities and oil and gas reserves. These reserves allow Azerbaijan to put forward initiatives. Access to space, "Eurovision" and other initiatives promote Azerbaijan on a global scale”.
He also added that the main issue is to increase competitiveness: “I am optimistic about the future of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani people will always be in my heart.”
