The letter of condolences reads:
“Dear Mr President, we are deeply saddened over the armed attack on a military school in Peshawar, which killed a large number of people, mostly children. This bloody incident shows terrorism is a horrific evil, and it also proved it’s necessary to decisively and continuously combat its all forms. I share your grief over this incident and on my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people extend my deepest condolences to You, the families of the deceased, and the entire people of Pakistan, and I wish the injured speedy recovery”.
