Baku. Anakhanim Hidayetova – APA. Attention in Belarus-Azerbaijan collaboration has been focused on industrial cooperation, Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Nikolai Patskevich said in briefing.
The ambassador noted that as a result of joint activity of Ganja Automobile Plant and Belarusian enterprises during past 8 years, over 6,000 tractors and up to 3,000 vehicles were assembled. According to him, Ganja Automobile Plant is the biggest technique assembling enterprise in eth CIS.
Azerbaijani producers started to export joint products to the third countries for the first time.
Patskevich also noted that establishment of joint venture of Amkodor machine-building will contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
He said that the trade turnover between two countries made $288 mln during the past 10 months. It will exceed $300 mln this year.
