The NTRC told APA that the council considered the case on administrative proceedings of ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company’s non-compliance with the requirements of the law on the television and radio broadcasting.
The NTRC issued a warning against ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company over the obscene phrases (at 17:40-44), contrary to item 2.8 of the Special Rules for programs grossly affecting physical, mental or moral development of children and juveniles, broadcast unencoded, and agitating for erotica and cruelty, uttered during the program “Adam Ichinda” which was broadcast by ANS from 16:30 to 19:00 on December 11, 2014.
