Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a new building of Baku Oxford School.
Founder of the school, Mehriban Mammadova, informed the head of state about the work carried out, noting that the building has been constructed at the level of the most up-to-date standards, APA reports.
The six-storey building covers an area of 30,000 square meters.
President Ilham Aliyev cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the new building of Baku Oxford School. The head of state was familiarized with the school.
Pupils at the school are educated by a hundred teachers, some of whom are from the UK, the U.S., Canada, Colombia, Sweden, Romania, Malaysia, the South African Republic, and Nigeria.
President Ilham Aliyev gave his recommendations and instructions for quality education to be carried out.
