Mingechevir. Elvin Yagubov – APA. Under the instructions of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, we have made an official appeal to almost all international organizations as well as the UN Secretary General, heads of the Council of Europe and OSCE, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, and chairpersons of commissions on human rights regarding the release of Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev taken hostages by Armenians. Unfortunately, international organizations still remain indifferent to us over this matter too as usual.

Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov said it in a statement to journalists after reviewing the progress of construction works at a new estate made for IDPs in Mingechevir.

Ali Hasanov also said international organizations are still inactive although one week has passed since an appeal on the hostages was made.

“This again proves that international organizations have different approaches in their activities. They have sceneries about different peoples, nations, and states. If these organizations protect human rights, then they need to treat all humans on earth the same way and try to settle their problems. We are aware of the Armenians preparing to start an illegal trial of our hostages on October 27. And that’s another provocation, cunning and inhumane approach by Armenians,” he added.
