Azerbaijani film presented to Oscar

Baku. Javid Zeynalli – APA. Azerbaijani film “Nabat” by director Elchin Musaoglu has been presented to the Oscar.

Azerbaijanfilm Cinema Studio named after Jafar Jabbarli told APA that the film, presented as world premiere at the 71st Venice International Film Festival, was invited to be shown at several international film festivals. Dreamlab Films is the international distributor of the film.

The film’s director is Elchin Musaoglu, authors of scenario Elkhan Nabiyev and Elchin Musaoglu, director of photography Abdulrahim Basharat, art director Shahin Hasanli, and producer Mushfiq Hatamov.

Starring are Fatemeh Motamed Arya, Vidadi Aliyev, Sabir Mammadov and Farhad Israfilov.

Film “Nabat” on the Karabakh war was shot by Azerbaijanfilm Cinema Studio named after Jafar Jabbarli under order of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
