Baku. Rufat Ahmadzada – APA. Prime Minister David Cameron has signalled a massive shift in devolution for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, saying he wanted a "fair settlement" for the rest of the UK as well as further devolution to Scotland, APA reports quoting Wales Online.

"Just as the people of Scotland will have more power over their affairs, so it follows that the people of England, Wales and Northern Ireland will have a bigger say over theirs," he said.

The prime minister wants to move quickly to show he will stand by his word as he confirms the timetable to devolve greater powers, over taxation and welfare, to the Scottish parliament.
