Prosecutor demands life imprisonment for MP’s nephew

Lawyer Kamandar Nasibov told APA that during the trial chaired by judge Javid Huseynov, the prosecutor demanded in his speech that Rashad Miralamov should be sentenced to life imprisonment.

On September 2, the trial will be resumed with the speech of the accused side.

Note that, the press service of the Prosecutor’s has released information that an incident at “1001 nights” entertainment center in Sabail District in Baku on 17 July 2012 resulted in death. Thorough investigations discovered that Rashad Miralamov had deliberately shot Ramal Bayramov dead with a Makarov pistol and attempted to deliberately kill Samad Mansimov, Elmar Suleymanov and others. He is accused under the Criminal Code’s articles #120.2.4, 120.2.5, 120.2.10, 120.2.11, 29, 120.2.7 (Deliberate murder), 182.2.3, 182.2.4, 182.3.2, 182.3.3 (with causing heavy harm to health of avictim), and 228.1 (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms).

Note that, Rashad Miralamov is MP Huseynbala Miralamov’s nephew.
