The State Committee is concerned over the media reports and information on social networks that the contradiction between the representatives of religious denominations became tense, APA reports.
The committee has taken control over the situation and launched a strict investigation on the abovementioned fact: “We will take strict measures as soon as the investigation is over. All possible attempts to affect the spiritual state will decisively be prevented”, said the Committee’s press service.
Recently, there has been a mass brawl between the followers of two sects in Mushfigabad mosque. According the Garadagh District Police Office, a group known to be Wahhabi assaulted on Shiites following Iftar, and a mass brawl broke out as a result.
