APA reports that a decision was passed at the hearing. Under the decision, the judgment of the court of first instance was upheld, the appeal was rejected.
Earlier, the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations filed a lawsuit on the cancellation of the state registration of Fatimeyi-Zahra religious community addressing Baku Administrative-Economical Court No 2. The court sustained the lawsuit filed by the State Committee and cancelled the state registration of the community.
The religious community filed an appeal against the court decision.
