The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations told APA that Fatimeyi-Zahra religious community appealed to Baku Court of Appeal of the decision of Baku Administrative-Economical Court No 2 on the cancellation of its registration at the request of the Committee.
Two months ago the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations filed a lawsuit on the cancellation of the state registration of Fatimeyi-Zahra religious community addressing Baku Administrative-Economical Court No 2.
The court sustained the lawsuit filed by the State Committee and cancelled the state registration of the community.
The religious community filed an appeal against the court decision.
