Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The emir of Azerbaijanis fighting in Syria has released video message.
In the video obtained by APA, an Azerbaijani, aka Muhammad, introducing himself as the emir of Azerbaijani fighters, says that they have created an Islamic state in the lands of Syria and they continue their jihad within this state: “We, Muslims have been granted by Allah to establish an Islamic state and a Muslim army in Iraq and Syria. Our army already has tanks, cannons, and even aircrafts. Like other mujahideen, we also have settled in the city of Raqqa which is under the control of the Islamic State of Iraq. All necessary conditions have been created for us, madrasahs have been opened for our children to receive education”.
The video shows an Azerbaijani fighter, aka Umeyr, says that the people fighting under the Islamic State of Iran do not belong to Kharijites: “Some ignorant Muslims confuse us with Kharijites and claim there is no jihad in these lands. Kharijites are those who enter into an alliance with our enemies.”
The video shows that there are also underage children among Azerbaijani fighters. They are reportedly Azerbaijani fighters’ children.
