Baku-APA. A 7.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Papua New Guinea at 9:27 p.m. Saturday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC), APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The epicenter was monitored at 6.7 degrees south latitude and 154.9 degrees east longitude, and the focus of the quake was 40 kilometers deep.
