The Ministry of Culture and Tourism told APA that the film, the co-production of “Azerbaycanfilm” studio named after Jafar Jabbarli and “Buta Films” company, was directed by Sergei Pikalov. The script writers of the film are Sergei Pikalov and Alexander Krasavin, photography director – Denis Madishev, art director – Aziz Mammadov, film producers – Mariya Ivanova, Nasib Piriyev and Mushfig Hatamov.
Idris Rustamov and George Gafarov starred the film, which tells the philosophical and edifying story about a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
The jury is headed by the Iranian director and screenwriter, winner of the "Palme d'Or" at the Cannes Film Festival in 1997, Abbas Kiarostami.
