Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. One more Azerbaijani killed in Syria has been named. Sumgayit City Police Department told APA that according to the investigations, the person, who was killed in Syria together with Jeyhun Bayramov, was Agakishiyev Aydin Rais (aka Abdul Majid), Bayramov’s brother-in-law.
APA also got A. Atakshiyev’s photo taken before his death.
Some of Azerbaijanis killed in Syria were Sumgayit residents.
APA reports quoting websites of the Azerbaijanis fighting in Syria that one the persons killed is Jeyhun Bayramov, resident of 41st district, Sumgayit. His sister’s husband was also reportedly been killed in those fights.
According to the Azerbaijani fighters, Bayramov’s sister is in Syria now. She phoned and informed about the death of her husband and brother. Their bodies have not been taken.
J. Bayramov was once a member of the national Greco-Roman wrestling team.
