Various states held 18 inspections in Azerbaijani Army in 2012-2013

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. In accordance with the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE), various states held 18 inspections in the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in 2012-2013, Defense Ministry told APA.

Various states held 104 inspections in the Azerbaijani Armed Forces from May 1992, when Azerbaijan joined to the CFE till the end of 2013.

CFE established limits on 5 categories of conventional military equipment. According to the treaty there are limits for tanks, artillery pieces, armoured combat vehicles (ACVs), combat aircraft and attack helicopters.
