Baku. Ulker Rashidgizi – APA. The delegations, to take part in the Eurovision-2012 song contest, have started to arrive in Baku, APA reports quoting the official website of the contest. Delegations of Montenegro, Latvia and Belgium arrived in Baku on May 12.
Latvian representative Anmari greeted onlookers in Azerbaijani language and performed Sari Gelin folk song. ‘I am as if in my second homeland. Weather, lights of Baku reminded me my homeland. Love us! Because we love your country’.
Head of Montenegro’s delegation, Lidija Backovich expressed satisfaction for the second visit to Baku: ‘I had not opportunity to walk about the city during my first visit. I hope that this time I will have a chance to enjoy the beauty of your culture and city’.
