Azerbaijan’s song for Eurovision 2012 presented - <font color=red>AUDIO</font>

Baku. Ulkar Rashidgizi – APA. Azerbaijan’s representative at Eurovision Song Contest 2012, Sabina Babayeva will perform "When the music dies" at Baku Crystal Hall, APA reports quoting www. eurovision.az. The song has been created by Anders Bagge, Sandra Bjurman, Stefan Örn, and Johan Kronlund of Sweden. The song, which will be performed in English, is in the lyrical genre and is the synthesis of western and Azerbaijani national music.
When the Music Diesis a dramatic love story with sincere expression of the strongest and most secret feelings of the singer. The tender yet intense melody is filled with bright emotional blasts that showcase and emphasize the great vocal skills, vocal intensity, and unique colourfulness of Sabina’s timbre.
When the Music Diesis an exceptional blend of cutting - edge European music trends and Azerbaijani traditional music. The song was recorded with Azerbaijani national instruments: kamancha and balaban; it was also decorated with sounds of a variety of local percussion instruments – davul and ghawal. On top of everything the song includes elements of the unique vocal style called mugham. The studio work gathered together top Azerbaijani musicians: Ogtay Sharifov, Sarkhan Vahabov, Shirzad Fataliyev, Yashar Bakhish and mugham legend Alim Gasimov.
"When the Music Dies is a very special song. I feelit. Every time I sing, it feels like it’s happening to me again. I think everybody has had this kind of moment in their life. Actually, I do believe music really should not die, because it helps us to stay alive no matter what happens", says Sabina about the song.
The author of "When the music dies" Anders Bagge has written and produced songs for world-famous artists such as Madonna, Janet Jackson, Santana, Jeniffer Lopez, Celine Dion, and Enrique Ä°qlesias.
Johan Krounlund is a composer and producer who works in a recording studio in Stockholm and collaborates with famous pop-dance artists.
Sandra Bjurman and Stefan Örn are the authors of Ell & Nikki’s song "Running Scared", the winner song at Eurovision 2011.
The official video of Sabina Babayeva’s song "When the music dies" will be presented on the 19th of March.
