Washington. Zaur Hasanov. Ambassador Steven R. Mann, Coordinator for Eurasian Energy Diplomacy of U.S. Department of State resigns, APA U.S bureau reports .

He will be substituted with Dick Morningstar.
Morningstar was engaged in Caspian issues in White House.
He was former U.S Co-Chair of OSCE MG.
