Flower Festival takes place in Baku on the occasion of Heydar Aliyev’s 85th anniversary - PHOTOSESSION

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev–APA. Baku City Executive Power (BCEP) has organized Flower Festival in Baku on the occasion of Heydar Aliyev’s 85th anniversary.

According to APA, more than one million flowers brought from Italy, France and Holland and unique flower-pots from more than 150 world countries are displayed in the park near Heydar Aliyev Palace. The Flower Festival began at 8.00. A concert program will be performed near “White Fontaine” in the National Park at 21.00-23.00 in the evening and at the same time 30-minute fireworks will take place in different parts of Baku. Multicolored lights of 15 km lengthways managed from the TV tower supplied with technical equipments brought from Germany, Italy and USA will illuminate the sky of Baku.
Participants of the festival will be provided with special buses from Azadliq Square to get all destinations in the different directions of the city comfortably.
